People who work in offices need to perform to the best of their ability every single day. “Matchpoint” chairs have a distinctive yet straightforward design, are easy to operate and feature an intelligent backrest. The idea when developing the products was to produce a modern design in fashionable colours such as light grey or the now timeless black, whilst at the same time focusing on the need for a healthy seated posture. The new carbon surfaces which are available as an optional extra give the range of chairs an avant-garde look and are an excellent match for both of these colours.

Users can conveniently adjust the height of the backrest while sitting by grasping the two telescopic adjusters which are built into the backrest shell on the left and right-hand sides. A light pressure on either of the buttons is all that is needed to take advantage of the 10 cm adjustment range for the backrest, armrests and sliding seat.

Another standard feature is the depth-adjustable lumbar support which can be conveniently positioned using the silver-coloured operating and adjustment point on the rear of the “Matchpoint” chairs. The lumbar area of the backrest curves outwards towards the front of the chair as soon as the lordosis depth-adjustment feature is activated. Although this curvature is not immediately obvious to the eye, it is highly effective from an ergonomic point of view.

The tried-and-tested “Syncro-Dynamic” feature with automatic weight compensation is used on the swivel-chair models. This ensures that the user can assume a balanced seated posture at all times. It offers a wide movement range from a slight forward tilt to a relaxing laid-back position. The opening angle ranges from 86° to 128°.
